Welcome to Woo Woo Tone Generator ("we," "us," "the app"), developed by Qualhalla. This app does not use ads, analytics, or tracking. We are committed to transparency about data practices in our Android app.

1) What data we collect

We do not collect personal information, device identifiers, analytics, or advertising data. The app does not use third-party ad or analytics SDKs.

2) Audio and microphone

This app generates tones and pulses for playback. The app does not access the microphone and does not record audio input.

3) Local data storage

The app stores the following data locally on your device:

• Settings and preferences (tone counts, frequency ranges, display precision, timer settings, and audio mixing preferences)
• Recordings you create (WAV audio files saved to your device when you use the recording feature)

This local data is not transmitted to us or any third party.

4) Notifications

The app may show notifications while audio is playing and when a recording is saved. Notification permissions are optional on newer Android versions and can be controlled in your device settings.

5) Data sharing

We do not share data with third parties. There are no ads, analytics, or tracking services integrated in the app.

6) Your choices

• Recording files: You control when recordings are created and saved. You can delete them from your device at any time.
• Notifications: You can enable or disable notification permissions in Android settings.
• Audio mixing: You can choose whether other audio apps are allowed to duck while tones play (in Settings).

7) Data retention

We do not store any data on our servers. Any local data (settings and recordings) remains on your device until you remove it.

8) Children

This app is not directed to children under 13. It does not include ads or tracking.

9) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version here and change the "Effective date."
